The UKAP Foundation Gala will take place on the evening of Saturday 29 November 2025.
The venue is the National Liberal Club, a private members' club founded in 1882. This historic location, overlooking the Thames, provides an oasis of exclusivity and elegance in the heart of Westminster.
The NLC is in a perfect location within easy reach of Whitehall, the West End and the City. By public transport, the NLC is a 10-minute walk from Charing Cross Station, a 5-minute walk from Embankment Tube (with access to the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Northern line), or, if you’re feeling really adventurous, why not take the Thames Clipper!
Our second annual gala continues the vital mission begun at our inaugural event: to raise funds for our scholarship programme that supports talented young people and students facing financial barriers. These scholarships provide essential financial assistance, empowering the next generation to pursue their academic dreams and unlock their full potential.
The dress code is Black Tie, reserved for formal evening events. Guests typically wear floor-length gowns and suits or tuxedos to align with the occasion's elegance.
The evening will begin at 18:00 with an elegant entry and welcome drinks reception, offering guests a chance to connect and unwind. At 18:45, the UKAP Foundation will open the Gala, followed by an inspiring discussion with Professor Majlinda Lako. From 19:30, the night continues with a special announcement by Eva Buzo and a speech by Patrick Hasani, leading into a relaxed networking break with gourmet bowl food. At 20:20, guests will be treated to a rich sequence of live performances — classical music by Eljon Vejsiu, Mariela Çingo and K. Sula, contemporary music by Manjola Nallbani, and indie-pop by Vlashent Sata. The excitement builds at 21:25 with a raffle and auction, before the evening concludes at 22:00 with vibrant networking and a DJ set by DJ Mir Mehaj.
You can purchase your tickets here.
You may buy multiple tickets; however, for security purposes and entry into the National Liberal Club, please provide the full name of each attendee at the time of purchase or via email.
Please note that there will be no set seating or reserved tables during the gala, as it will be a cocktail-style event across two large connected rooms. While there will be plenty of seating areas and tables offering food and drinks, they will not be assigned to specific groups.
Partnering with the UKAP Foundation is a meaningful investment in advancing education and strengthening our community in the UK. Your organisation’s support will empower some of the brightest and most dedicated students, unemployed youth, and emerging professionals on their journey of personal and professional growth. By collaborating with us, you will play a vital role in inspiring and equipping those who will shape tomorrow’s workforce, fostering a stronger society built on shared values of community, purpose, and partnership. Aligned with our charitable mission to advance education, we seek to engage passionate organisations and institutions eager to maximise the impact of scholarships, mentoring, and skills training programmes. Together, we can amplify the reach and effectiveness of these pillars to transform lives.
Each collaboration is unique and may take various forms, including but not limited to: co-branded event sponsorship and visibility, support for our scholarship fund to directly empower talented students and unemployed young people with learning and training resources, materials, experiences and placement activities; product or brand offering during the event, and targeted financial contributions such as match-funding initiatives.
