Mission of the UKAP Foundation Mentoring Programme

From the start,  the aim of the UKAP Mentoring Programme has been to improve access to high-quality education and ensure unemployed young adults and students are ready, equipped and motivated to enter the world of work and understand the career options available to them.

By being paired with experienced mentors that offer guidance, support and insight into various industries, this Programme aims to assist mentees by developing their knowledge and understanding, and by enabling them to pursue opportunities these mentees might not otherwise have access to.
