UKAP Networking operates independently from the charitable activities of the UKAP Foundation. Any events organised by UKAP Networking are open to all who are willing to join for general networking or whatever the purpose of the event is. Where a booking fee is being charged by UKAP Networking to cover charges or costs that may arise with the logistics, organisation or the sourcing of a venue or to cover any minimum spend required by a particular venue, these costs are payable at the point of booking purely at the discretion of the attendee. The costs charged are not refundable. Any surplus or residual costs will be retained to fund the operations of UKAP Networking and/or UKAP Foundation.
