Audit: Andi graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Accounting and Economics. He now works in public sector audit at Grant Thornton LLP and is studying to become a chartered accountant. When he's not studying or working, he enjoys playing football, practising his guitar, and spending time outside (if the weather isn't too typical British!). In his spare time, he coaches children's football. 

Audit:

Engineering: Emanuela works as an Engineer in the Rail Department of Sweco, specialising in railway bridges. She graduated from the University of Surrey in Civil Engineering. Emanuela is currently in a training partnership to become a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, travelling and sailing.

Engineering: Ridvald works in the power/energy industry in London at a leading engineering company specialising in power generation. Ridvald joined UKAP in 2015 and has been actively participating in UKAP activities since then, trying to promote the objectives of the organisation. Outside of work, Ridvald enjoys travelling, playing beach volleyball and socialising with good friends.

Finance: Agim works in the financial services industry in London at an asset management firm focusing in portfolio financing activities. Prior to that, he worked at various investment banks within their operations division. He holds an MSc in Political Economy from the LSE and a BSc in Business and Law from Canterbury Christ Church University. Beyond work, Agim can usually be found at a coffee shop where he spends a significant portion of his weekends.

Finance: Alketa works in the financial services industry in London. A graduate of City, University of London, she specialises in insurance and financial services regulation. Alketa is an active member in the running of UKAP and is keen to support the growing Albanian professional community in the UK. Members can communicate with Alketa via LinkedIn or at the various networking events hosted by UKAP.

Finance: Bjorn works in the Financial Services industry in London as the CMO and one of the Directors of Cashbook Finance, an FCA-registered Trade Finance company that provides invoice financing and factoring to SMEs. Bjorn specialises in business development, brand management, data analysis, and digital marketing. Outside of work, Bjorn enjoys travelling, cycling, playing music, and is an avid NBA fan. 

Finance: Driton works in London's financial services industry at a leading investment bank specialising in capital markets compliance. As a UKAP founder, he remains committed to fostering collaboration among Albanian professionals in the UK through mentoring, networking, and events. Outside work, Driton spends time with family and runs after his daughters.

Finance: Erjon works in the finance services industry in London at a leading investment bank within their equities trading division. He moved to London after graduating with a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Cattolica del Sacro Quore. in Milan, Italy. Outside, of work Erjon is a passionate football player.

Finance: Ermal has experience in financial services, specifically credit risk management, having worked for major UK banks and leading Fintechs over the last decade. He holds a BSc in Physics from UCL. Outside of work, he is a keen footballer (getting on a bit lately & always been pretty rubbish ), enjoys discussing politics, economics philosophy, anything science-related, is partial to the occasional drink too and passionate about helping young professionals kick on with their careers. 

Finance: Laura works in London's financial services industry at a leading investment bank within their equities division. She holds an MSc in Finance from the LSE and a BA in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield. Outside of work, Laura enjoys researching cooking receipts and planning trips down to the tiniest details. 

Finance: Linda works in the financial services in London at a leading European bank in their finance division. Linda holds a Master in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Groningen, Netherlands and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana, Albania. When not working, Linda spends most of her time with her family.

Finance: Lorijent is a specialist in electronic trading and machine learning compliance, currently working for a leading buy-side systematic trading hedge fund. He graduated in Law at the London School of Economics and has been proactive in the UKAP community for a number of years. Outside of work, he spends his free time helping to manage the family business, studying statistical learning theory and being passionate about football. 

Finance: Tim works in the financial services industry in London having provided multi asset portfolio restructuring solutions (transition management) at both sell side and buy side institutions. Tim is an avid supporter of UKAP and remains committed to helping the network grow. Tim studied at Yale and LSE during his Undergraduate and Master and is also a CFA charter holder.

Legal: 

Legal: Ana works in the legal industry in London at a Big 4 firm, specialising in corporate immigration. She graduated from Reading University. Outside of work, Ana enjoys anything to do with health, fitness, travel and food. Also, I can make a rather impressive Albanian coffee.  

Legal: Bernard is a law graduate completing his training contract at an international law firm. Previous to this, he worked for a number of years at the UK financial services regulator, with a focus on supervising the asset management sector. In his spare time, Bernard enjoys outdoor activities and takes part in triathlons.

Legal: Eduard is a lawyer with a focus on commercial and regulatory matters working in the innovation sector. Eduard is one of the early founders of UKAP and remains an active member in growing the strength of the Albanian professional community in the UK. Eduard has a keen interest in all things to do with the Albanian diaspora. Outside of work he enjoys travelling, good food, running, good literature, history and classic rock music. 

Legal: Gemma is a solicitor and Head of Enfranchisement at a boutique law firm in London, specializing in all Residential Leasehold matters; in particular lease extensions 

Legal: Gentjan is a capital markets lawyer with a particular focus on structured financial products and solutions. He has studied, qualified and worked in France and in the United Kingdom 

Sales: Florjan holds the position of Deputy CEO within a B2B Legal media organisation, responsible for the development of commercial strategies, their implementation and managing the support functions essential to commercial effectiveness and growth. Outside of work, Florjan devotes himself to his family, his passion of Albanian heritage and history and takes pride of his British upbringing.
