Mentoring Programme Overview

Our Mentoring programme is focused on different areas and career fields including (but not limited to):

• Accounting/Audit
• Banking 
• Consulting
• Data Science
• Engineering
• Finance
• Law
• Technology.

Application process: 

The application process consists of two stages: the application phase and the interview phase.

• During the application phase, applicants will complete the online application form and upload their CV. Upon submission, applicants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of their application
• The interview phase will involve an informal online interview between selected applicants and the selection committee to discuss their application and motivations further.

Following a successful interview, accepted applicants will be contacted via email and matched with a mentor whom the selection committee believes will be most beneficial based on career goals and objectives. Applicants will receive a detailed handbook outlining how the scheme operates and all the necessary information to initiate the mentorship journey.
